**Q: I am not able to keep it all the way close, opened, or at any length. are there more instructions?**
A: Dear customer, please move the pull rope connector on the bottom rail to adjust the tension---find the most suitable position to pull the left & right side ropes to the straightest, then fix the screws so that the fabric can run in a balanced manner.

**Q: What does “deduct 0.1” for easy installation mean? Do I need to deduct something from my measurements?**
A: Dear customer, please give us the exact net width & height of the opening, we will default make the deduction. (The width please measure the inside surface horizontally in 3 places: top, middle, bottom; the height measure: left, middle, right).

**Q: Why did I only receive the skylight shades with the fabric but not the left and right frames and the telescopic rod?**
