Review: Great Quality Dice with a Fun Surprise Element - These 1985 Games Mystery Dice are really great quality and feel solid when rolling. The set of 7 polyhedral dice looks well made, with a nice finish and a good weight to them that makes them satisfying to use. The mystery aspect was actually a fun touch. I could not decide on a design, so I went with this option instead, and I was happy with the pattern I received. It felt like a nice surprise and still matched my style well. Overall, they are well made, fun to use, and a great option if you want something a little different or do not want to choose a specific design yourself.
Review: Good dice quality, a gamble on the design - I have no complaints about the quality of the dice, which seem to be made well, and I was pleasantly surprised by how large all the dice were--bigger and heftier than the typical set. Unfortunately, I critically failed my roll on the design I received: translucent pink, glittery dice with a dog motif. If the dice were a different color, sparkled less, or even if it primarily featured cats (I'm not really a dog person), I'd probably use them. I couldn't have designed dice more antithetical to my style if I tried. I'm still giving 5 stars because the gamble is kind of the point with these blind bags. It was fun to open and I had a good laugh with the experience.
