**Q: I don’t believe the machine is applying enough pressure, I keep turning the knob but it doesn’t seem to be making a difference. Is there another way?**
A: Hello, rotate the pressure regulator to adjust the pressure of the heat press, to print products  on different thickness, you need to set different and proper pressure, to much or to less will both make failures. If you do not believe the pressure, you can place nothing on it and have a measurement on each time of adjustment. The pressure usually can be adjust in a small range which cannot be found as much as imaging. **Q: Is there a way to raise the shirt top plate? It seems to close to the bottom plate but looks higher in your photos.**
A: The red nozzle on the top you turn and directions to go up or down

**Q: Should I choose the cotton T-shirt for this machine?**
A: Hello!The machine is only fit for white cloth which contains cotton less than 30%.Otherwise it cannot make a very clear image on that.

I got this to use instead of the Cricut manual heat press because I wanted something that would hold the pressure appropriately. I decided to go with this heat press because of the good reviews and it looked like it fit exactly what I needed at a good price point as well as adding accessory options for me to add items to my business (such as hats).I was very impressed with the packaging and how it really protected the press. I also loved the inclusion of the heat protecting sheets and padding. It's very simple to be able to swap the accessories and change the clamping pressure. I also like that it was very easy to set the temperature and the time setting. The other thing that surprised me was that the top portion can swing out of the way so you can easily place and remove the item that you are pressing.I think the only issue that I can think of is that it took a little longer than I expected to get up to the temperature I needed but that may just be because of the size and solidity of the heating elements.Overall, I'm very pleased with this heat press and wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again!

I bought this heat press for my children because they wanted to start a tee shirt business and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. Once purchased, we learned that this heat press doesn’t only make printed tee shirt but can also make mugs, plates, or hats, amping other things. The heating plate of the heat press can rotate 360 degrees to a safe place as has a pullable slide table. It was very easy for them to learn. The audible alarm sounds off once the count down stops to remind the finishing of your work and the small red button on the side of the control box pops up when the temperature is too high or the voltage is unstable to ensure their safety.I am receiving professional booking results every time.
