The material is stretchy, light, and allowed for full leg movement. Iā€™m 5ā€™9 and around 200, and the medium fit fine and they just came to my kneecaps. Decent length, although I would have preferred them an inch shorter. Just my preference.Unfortunately I had to return them. I do a CrossFit type workout and, unbeknownst to me, the shorts had a zipper at the back that would dig into my butt area and be painful. My fault, the pictures clearly showed the zipper pocket in the back.
