One press of the button the light is a bright steady green, second press the light flashes, one more press and it is off. I actually ordered a large thinking it would fit and I didn't bother to measure before ordering. When I put it on Mr. Laramous though it was just a little to tight. Since the size issue was on me I asked if I could just exchange the L for an XL. The seller responded immediately letting me know that I can keep the L and order the XL and they'll refund the cost of one. All I had to do was provide measurements so they could confirm their size chart and I had to let them know if the XL fit or not when I got it.
