Review: Relieved elbow pain - I have had some elbow issues lately. I am 50 years old and have spent most of my working career behind a desk. I was starting to have issues with my pinky and ring fingers going numb, with elbow pain. I went to my Chiropractor thinking it would help, but the only thing that has helped has been these elbow pads. I have only used them for a couple of days, but I can tell a difference in the soreness of my elbows. The pads are made of memory foam and conform, and give cushion to my elbows when typing. The material is thick and there is a no skid pad on the bottom of these pads, so they don't move on the desk. Once you set them, they don't move. The size is perfect for the elbows, and love that they are small enough to put in my bag in case I need them at my second job.
