I like to paint mostly with acrylics and watercolors. I dont do oils but thought I could still use them all regardless. I'm very happy with my purchase for the price especially. I've read many reviews about how the brushes were stiff and couldn't be used. Some said they felt like they had glue on them. They are sealed with some sort of covering but I believe that's to keep them from spreading and losing their shape. I placed them in warm water with a little soap to clean away the seal. The seal washed off and are all soft, flexible and ready for use. I hope this helps solve some of the problems others are having and feel the brushes couldn't be used. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/46645039-artlicious-craft-paint-brushes-set-for-kids-acrylic-painting-40](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/46645039-artlicious-craft-paint-brushes-set-for-kids-acrylic-painting-40) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
