Review: Great little pan with some care. - This pan is working well for us. We did read and do follow the instructions, but it is not our first pan by the company. Nonstick pans do not last like stainless steel, but we hope to get a couple of years from this little pan with careful usage, and it is much easier to clean up, washing gently by hand, after cooking eggs and some other foods. You do need to coat with something like olive oil as the directions advise.

**Q: Can it be used on a flat top stove?**
A: Not sure what you mean by a "flat-top stove" but it works perfectly on a electric ceramic top stove stove.  Can't get any flatter than that.  It has a slightly thicker bottom and the bottom is perfectly flat.

**Q: Is the bottom flat?  I am tired of pans that wobble on my glass stove top.**
A: Many pans get warped when people take them off a hot stove and put them directly under cool water in the sink.  That extreme temperature change can warp the bottom of many pans.  Not sure about this one.

**Q: What's the precise diameter of the flat part of the base of this 12“ skillet that is in direct contact with the stove/heat?**
A: The internal flat area is about 10.5", external about 11". There is not a lot of curving on the side, it's pretty much straight up with a rounded edge.

**Q: It’s this lead and cadmium free**

This pan is working well for us. We did read and do follow the instructions, but it is not our first pan by the company. I prefer to cook in cast iron or stainless without a nonstick coating, but had basically given up making eggs because they would stick so badly. I chose this pan due to claims of no PFAS, etc. It works great for omelettes - no sticking at all.
