I got it for Christmas and have been wearing it 1-2 per week for my bike rides and runs. Last weekend I did a 3.5 hour ride with no soreness. Longest run in it so far is about 11 miles and I didn’t experience any negative effects from the padding. I’m also happy with how it has held up so far with the washing. As long as you wash with cold water and don’t put it through the dryer— it seems to hold up well. I have not swam in it yet, but I don’t foresee any issues. Only concern— not an issue yet— is that the shoulders seem to be a bit thin. I am always careful when putting it on and taking it off.
