It's very smooth, easy to stir, great taste still runny enough to use in recipes. It does need a quick stir, but is not overly oily. No hard chunks to have to deal with. No salt, no added anything. SOO GOOD! I am very pleased with this Almond Butter. No salt, sugar or oils added, just yummy Almonds smushed up. This is a roasted variety, so it has a slightly different flavor to the RAW Almond Butters, but I really am enjoying it. The taste is scrumptious. Consistency is lovely, I can spread it on even a flimsy saltine cracker or soft bread. The price is good, delivery is fine. I can think of no cons for the review. Well, there is one, the seal, you know under the lid, man, I had to PRY it off, with pliers, and never got all the tiny pieces off. But I am not sure that is a con, really, because it arrived very fresh and yummy.
