We just brush olive oil on to cook and then wipe with a soft, wet rag after cooking. The little trap door at the bottom is a good size and you just rake the excess into it, dump it in the trash, and wash it. I love the retro color and it makes cooking enjoyable and easy! The knob helps me quickly adjust the heat and it heats up fast. I don't like cooking meals that take forever, and this helps me move quickly. I like that it's made of cleaner materials too.

We love this griddle! It looks exactly like the picture. Within the first few days of buying it, we had already made fajitas, quesadillas, bacon, and pancakes. It fries bacon perfectly because of the length and it is the best bacon I've had. It doesn't pop like when it's in the pan. Things don't stick to it and it's such an easy clean up.
