I highly recommend this product as digestion aid and snack, perfect for upset stomach and improving digestive motility after eating. The ginger has a gingery fresh, spicy flavor, but there is enough sugar to make it palatable without being overly sugary like some candied ginger. If you’re sensitive to spicy food, this might be too much for you if you try to eat the full serving size. The size of the container gives you a decent amount for the cost.
