Bando is the OEM suppliers to over 80 percentage of the top 10 cars sold in the U.S. (by volume). As an OEM belt manufacturer, the serpentine belts are precision ground two times to insure adherence to OEM specification. "Bando USA manufactures belts in Bowling Green, Kentucky". My belt was made in Indonesia not Kentucky. I believe this needs to be removed so people like me who want a USA made belt actually get one and not one made overseas. ### ⭐ Not happy at all with this product *by H***Y on Reviewed in the United States on May 31, 2017* I bought this belt for my 2006 Mercedes E350, I drove the car three times after, on the last time the belt shredded on the freeway, first I lost power steering and the car systems started to die bit by bit, it took me almost 7 minutes to get off the freeway, I towed my car to a mechanic shop, replaced the belt, tensioner, main battery and the backup battery still needs a replacement, I ended up paying almost $700 for parts and labor, please see the attached photos. Not happy at all with this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ True Story, and the Joke's on the Pharissees !!!! *by F***Y on Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2019* **Initially Ordered the belt from the Local Mercedes Dealer in Wilsonville, Oregon and paid $186.00 ..... Then ordered this for $14.00 bucks just to compare. ,,,,, To my horror,, they were both identical, one, and the same,,, with all the same manufacturer's packaging and markings !!!It goes without saying,,, I took the very package back to Mercedes and received instant refund. .... Even their own computer couldn't tell the difference !!!! ... I'll leave you to calculate the savings I have achieved in so doing !!!! And it was all legal, moral as well as being really the very right thing to do.Funny thing is, once the refund was back in my credit card account, I called Mercedes and told them just for the heck of it !!!! ,,,, Profits? Yes .... That's what business is all about. ,,,, But rapacious greed, connivance, deceipt and avarice in this epically despicable manner? ,,,, That's not business,,, that's the Pharisees of old, back again at their wicked, wicked practice !!!!!*** --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/46440835-bando-usa-6pk875-oem-quality-serpentine-belt](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/46440835-bando-usa-6pk875-oem-quality-serpentine-belt) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
