Review: Does exactly what it says on the... roll. - I bought this to hold up a 10 lb soundproof blanket, which is basically the use case VELCRO was put on this earth for. And it delivered. No slipping, no sagging, no middle-of-the-night thud followed by a cloud of dust. The tape is noticeably thick — this isn't the flimsy craft store stuff that gives up after two weeks. The adhesive backing actually grips, and once it's stuck to a smooth surface, it stays stuck. The hook-and-loop connection itself is satisfyingly tight; you can feel it's not going anywhere. At 1.5 inches wide and 16 feet long, you get plenty to work with, and being able to cut it to whatever length you need is genuinely useful. No leftover hardware, no measuring twice and drilling once — just cut, peel, press, done. A few things to know going in: it works best on smooth, clean surfaces. If you're trying to stick this to textured drywall or anything porous, you're going to have a bad time. Also, "removable" is doing a bit of work in the marketing — it comes off, but it's not the kind of thing you're going to reposition five times without the adhesive losing its enthusiasm. But for what it is — heavy duty, reliable, no-tools Velcro that can hold serious weight — this earns its reputation. The name-brand matters here. Generic versions of this stuff are a gamble. This one isn't. Buy it if you need to hang something heavy without putting holes in your wall. Pass if you need it to stick to anything other than a smooth, flat surface.
Review: Awesome product/great value - Great buy!! I bought this to use on 10 gauge clear marine vinyl I'm using for my fifth wheel windows instead of shrink wrap to keep heat in and cold out!! Definitely has a secure grip and fit .And worked fabulous for my project. It says it will hold up to 10 lbs and while my project wasn't that heavy, I have absolutely NO DOUBT it will hold up to that!!! Tip: whatever you use this for please follow instructions and once it is adhered, wait 15 minutes before using it for your project to give it time to "adhere"appropriately to ensure max hold.Hope this helps, OH... MAKE SURE YOU PREP YOUR PROJECT AREA FIRST,I USED RUBBING ALCOHOL TO PREP MY AREA FIRST BEFORE ADHERING THE VELCRO.VERY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great!

I am absolutely obsessed with VELCRO products. I am lucky enough to have OCPD snd these guys help me stay hyper-organized. I mostly use these for storing appliances back in manufacturing boxes since I do not like my kitchen space cluttered with appliances. For example, when I am done with thr blender, I will store it back in the box and use velcro to keep the flaps down and closed. Even after opening many times over the years, the adhesion is still as durable as ever. I also use these for patches for my backpack instead of ironing them on and it works wonders, also allowing me to switch patches as I please without worrying about the commitment. To no surprise, these are not washer friendly. I will wash my backpack and the velcro does lose its adhesive properties, but I just add a new one. Best part is that it did not leave sticky residue for me (but it could also be due to the material of my packpack). These are thick, so make sure scissors are very sharp to keep the velcro from sticking.
