Review: This stuff works - This is what the pros use so this is what I used for my first ultramarathon. I used a relatively small amount on my groin and my feet and I had zero chafing and minimal blisters after 50 miles. It lasts a long time. It smells like nut butter, no surprise. I wouldn’t go as far as to say I love the smell, but it doesn’t stink. It’s nice knowing that I am not running toxic chemicals all over my junk.
