Easy install paired with ANNKE DVR , good quality picture , and great for the price
I recently purchased the ANNKE C800 2-Pack 4K Ultra HD PoE IP Security Camera, and I couldn't be more impressed. Installation was a breeze thanks to the Power over Ethernet (PoE) setup, which not only simplified the process but also resulted in a clean and professional look. The cameras themselves deliver stunning 4K Ultra HD video quality, providing crystal-clear images and videos. The wide-angle lens captures a broad field of view, ensuring that nothing escapes its sight. I was particularly impressed with the night vision capabilities, which deliver clear and detailed images even in low-light conditions. One of the standout features of these cameras is the ANNKE software. Not only is it free to use, but it also offers advanced features like motion detection and cloud storage at no additional cost. The motion detection alerts are timely and accurate, giving me peace of mind knowing that my property is always being monitored. I paired this with the ANNKE DVR and a POE along with ethernet cable all bought from amazon.Overall, I highly recommend the ANNKE C800 2-Pack 4K Ultra HD PoE IP Security Camera to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality security camera system.

Easy Onvif connection for my NVR
This is my 2nd Annke C800 4K poe camera and this newer version has better video quality, the audio is an improvement as well. I have it set to aac and is by far the clearest (compared to what you would hear standing outside) to my other (multiple brand) 4K poe cameras (8 total). Onvif connection worked the best with my NVR. I set the max bitrate to 5000 - frame rate set to 15 fps and video quality set to highest. I do recommend this Annke 4K poe camera.

Not bad, not bad. UI could use some polish work, but not bad overall.
As the headline reads, these are not bad cameras. The video quality is adequate, motion capture is great, but the best is the wide dynamic range. The camera does really well with balancing dark/light aria's without blowing out the image quality in bright arias and loosing details in shadows. The Human & Vehicle detection is meh. It's mainly for filtering notifications when motion/events are detected. It does work, just not %100 of the time. But if you want the feature is does exist. The User Interface (UI) is okay-ish. Plenty of options for networking, storage options, how you'd like to record your events etc. but nothing is clearly laid out and requires a bit of trial and error to properly setup. I used a 256Gb Endurance SD card for storage and with max settings I get a weeks worth of video. I am located at the front entrance to my apartments so I get a lot of traffic, roughly 8hrs of video is captured daily.Over all the cameras work, they have great video quality, simple to install, and I am happy with my purchase. Things I'd improve would be the UI. Some menu's don't load properly, settings/features are not intuitive or well thought out, and reading on the forums I see a complaints about the firmware removing features as updates roll out. I can confirm, firmware/software is a bit of a maze to navigate, but it is possible. I cannot confirm if features have been removed since I'm a fairly new user. I do have experience with CCTV/HDVR/Physical Security and have managed systems with 1000+ cameras. So I do have something to compare these to. I also would like the ability to completely disable the microphones, all you can do is move a volume slider to zero for input volume. Not the end of the world but I'd like to completely disable the mic's. I'd say if you want a simple PoE security camera these are not bad if you don't mind a bit of trial and error during the setup process (mainly with setting up motion capture). Hope this helps and thanks for reading.

Great Camera
This is a great onvif compatible camera with awesome video quality and great night time performance for the price. I tried using the Annkesoftware and the experience was good. I use my cameras with BlueIris and Deepstack and this camera integrates really well with my current set up. I also have a Reolink camera and it has great daytime video quality but nighttime isn’t great. The Annke C800 has great daytime and night time performance. This camera has been great so far. We had some temperature swings between 70-20’s degree Fahrenheit in the this past few weeks and and the camera performed really well in the cold. Overall the camera has been better than excepted for this price point. The camera feels and looks like a solid build.

A total disappointment ...
I had high hopes for and wanted to like this product I was looking to save some money on a quality 4K security camera solution. I regret to have to report that my experience with Annke and the C800 was a total disappointment. I experienced significant issues with the HW, SW, and support.Things started out badly with their website. It is substandard, lacks critical info and is disorganized, ... and things got worse from there. Their website does not even provide a download link for something as basic as the C800 user manual or config info. After waiting in the tech support queue for 1 hour, they confirmed that the C800 user manual and config info was NOT available online (but they did offer to email it me).Annke recently made significant downgrade changes to the C800 case but they did not change the product or version number from previous versions. The entire camera base is NOW made of thin cheap plastic that easily breaks when new and setting up - let alone after it is exposed to the elements for some time. Even worse, the camera ball fits loosely in the platic base. The camera HW (and/or SW) is extremely slow. The camera daylight 4K picture is OK (but not great) but the low light IR picture was unusable.Their SW is also a mess - primative, poorly designed, slow and barely functional, with no or limited documentation. Conclusion ... I am at a loss to explain the positive reviews. I have set up and used a number of other security cameras. You can do better. Pay a little more now on a better or more refined product and save yourself time, aggrevation, and money NOW AND DEFINITELY IN THE FUTURE.
