At this time l have worn and washed each several times and all are ready to go in the closet, no ironing, right out of the dryer. This is a very comfortable, versatile top. About the colors available, well, I never thought I would like dark brown. But at the moment it’s my favorite. Each shirt I’ve purchased, whatever color, works out to be an excellent layering option. I think it has something to do with the many subtle mid-tones colors offered. Early June 2024: Yes, lightweight, but I was so surprised when my order arrived… This woven shirt’s substantial, classic, tailored-top, cotton-poly blend means the garment will shape itself to fit the body as 1. its designer intended, and 2. stand up to repeated wear and washings. The generous cut of this shirt lends itself to being styled many ways…tie it up at the waist, half-tuck it, belt it, jewelry it at the neckline, layer it… And beyond that, the garment’s straight, front button placket, from neck opening to garment bottom, means its neckline can be styled as desired for modesty. (And these days, I looking more often for that option! OMG, I’ve getting old!) On me, the small size is too long to be worn as a one-layer piece. But in my region, it is perfect, perfect, perfect as a summer over-shirt. So perfect I bought two and am eyeing a third and a fourth.
Review: Fabric Wears Well - I bought two of these, in green and lavender. After washing them, I did not notice many wrinkles. It is made out of Pamuk (70) and polyester (30). It is lightweight but not see through. It almost feels like chiffon. It wears well in the heat in summertime. I really like the green one the best. It is bigger than a regular blouse but I like that looseness in the summer. I am fairly tall and it goes half way down to my knee. I might have been able to buy a smaller size, but I like the blousiness of it. I like to roll the sleeves up.

So, first off, I was looking for linen and thought this came up as a linen blend, but that was MY mistake. But, it's got a nice feel to the fabric. Is as it states, 70% cotton and 30% Polyester. It's an oversized shirt as stated but not as floppy big as some I've seen. I ordered a Large because I've gained a lot of weight from steroids from covid. But, I think because of it's build, I could have gotten away with a Medium. I'm not even 5 feet and 140 lbs. The weight is around my middle. I wanted to wear this buttoned but not tucked in because I'm self conscious about all this extra weight. But, I think it will look bettter (on me) if I leave it unbottoned and use over a tank of some kind. I was a Petite Medium, now a Petite Large/XL. I could have gotten away w/the medium even though I can't fit into Mediums since covid. The color brown is slightly different from my computer monitor. I'd say the monior was slightly darker, like Van Dyke Brown if you know paints. And it's more of a Burnt Umber/Burnt Siena (too lazy to go down and look at my paint tubes). It's subtle really, no one else will give a damn. But, I wanted it to go with some brown linen pants I had. Now that it's a slightly diff color, I'll just wear w/something else.
