This is a no-frills MP3 player - you charge it up, load songs, hook it to a speaker or headphone and listen to music. No WiFi, no Bluetooth, no overly complex product with features you don't need or require you to login and have your activity monitored. PROs: * Small and lightweight - I thought I was shipped an empty box until I opened it. * Sliding power button - probably one of its best features - no, not the sliding button with a spring you have to hold for x seconds to power up or down, this my friends is a simple power switch. Slide it one way, its ON, slide the other way, its off. No waiting for power-ups, shut downs, etc. In the middle of song and you have to shut it off? - just flip the switch and you're done. * Has internal memory! - I didn't read the description in detail, so maybe I missed this, but I hooked it up to my computer to charge, fully prepared to rip open the 32GB micro SD card I bought with it to load songs and viola, the MP3 player has its own flash drive. **Q: How do I transfer music to the device? Music is already in my mac and it shows up in the icon folder on my mac but it is not on the device itself.**
A: Dear Danna, Just use the mp3 player as simple as a flash driver. When you plug in mp3 player to your Mac with cable. Select "Play & Transfer". And then a new disk named"X02" will show up. Just drop all you music to the disk, or create a folder to help you sort music. If your computer can't detect mp3 player, try to update USB driver before transfer.

**Q: Is there any way to sort songs in numerical/alphabetical order? Files seem to be sorted randomly when I add folders.**
A: DON'T I WISH!! When I read reviews of the RUIZU, that was the main objection. There is NO way to make a playlist! When I add songs from my laptop to the RUIZU, I NEVER know where in the list they will end up. Newly added songs don't even go to the bottom of the list! They pop up anywhere! If I want a Particular song, I have to go to the list of Artists, click on the one I want.

**Q: What charging options?**
A: Cell phone charger should charge it.

**Q: Can you brake the music down into folders or does it do it randomly on its own?**
A: I import folders of music from from computer to the mp3 Music folder. The mp3 then organizes the songs alphabetically. You may create a playlist if you want to hear songs in a specific order.
