I got 20 RPM motor: no load at 12V ~100mA. No load start-up < 200mA. If you put intermittent heavy load, then i measure > 2A. I think stall test was nearly 4A. **Q: Do these leak grease from the gear box?** A: Nope no sign of any grease leaking out yet **Q: If this motor is used as a wind turbine generator, will it output 12v at 200rpm?** A: I used mine as a hand crank phone charger that charged a battery pack. I worked great and the output will vary based on your load and speed, so it will probably have a lower voltage than 12v at 200RPM. You'll want to put it through a full bridge rectifier with a capacitor in parallel to produce a DC voltage, however the diodes and capacitor will also drop your voltage.
