Concept is good, but failed to deliver as promised. The trap never sprang back to the loaded position. Reset it the second time, with the same results. Bought two of them. I would highly recommend that you check other plank traps before you even consider purchasing this product. Works ok at catching them, but you have to reset it after each successful mouse catch. The main reason I bought it is so that I don't have to check it every day, and reset. Concept is a good one, but application is lacking/non-existent. It is very simple and the cost is very reasonable. I have a couple issues with it. This doesn't fit on buckets that have a wide lip. I also saw small mice walking to the end of it and not falling in or larger mice sometimes could leap back. So the plank could be longer to allow for higher leverage with smaller mice. If you have many mice, this will catch a percentage of them.
