I have used a prescription sleeping pill for over 20 years. Since taking this lithium product, I have been able to stop taking the prescription. And I still get my needed sleep. I take one at night at about 9PM which is about two hours before I go to bed. I strongly recommend this for sleep. It takes the edge off of daily stresses, and keeps me from being grouchy. Which runs in the family. I have found 2 a day works pretty good for me. At only 2 tho, it doesn't do very good as an antidepressant. But it does keep me calm. I got it up to 4 capsules per day recently and didn't like some of the side effects. 4 a day made me have to Pee every 5 minutes, day, and night. Which was very frustrating. Plus, I could not sleep, no matter what time of day or night I took it. It also made my nose swell shut, so I had to use nose spray at night, and again in the morning. Everyday. So, I've backed it back down to 2 every morning.
