Today, April 2024, everything has been healed for more than a year, but my neck and shoulders get really stiff, fairly often. This heating pad wraps around my neck and shoulders and applies heat to all the right places and quickly relieves muscle stiffness.During the winter, we keep our thermostat turned down and only turn it up in the evenings for a couple of hours. Sitting still and binge watching Netflix or YouTube, sometimes my core gets a bit chilled. I only have to wrap this around my neck and shoulders and turn it on -- set it for 4 for an hour or two -- and suddenly I'm no longer chilled.
