I couldn't see any information regarding this on the packaging or in the description, just stating "high". I had been led to expect that taking a mouthful of it should leave a distinct peppery taste which should catch your throat. Although there was a mild peppery feeling it seemed much too smooth. I googled it and found that there was only around 250 mg/kg.The taste was lovely and if you're just looking for a salad dressing, I'd highly recommend.
