Review: Excellent - Well I put one coat down and it stopped the leak, it rained real good and no leaks. It holds well and goes on real smooth. Excellent product. Does what it says, did not use primer or the denatured alcohol just brushed and swept the surface and it adheres very good.
Review: Waterproofing piece of mind - Had a persistent water leak through my concrete chimney cap with no obvious cracks. After trying a different sealer, I decided to go with this. It's all silicone and I figured if it can stand up to waterproofing an entire flat roof, it could cover my chimney cap. I put it on with a brush and it starts out as a very thick liquid so you have to be careful of drips if you have any vertical surfaces. Went on easily, is nice and thick, and once it sets you've basically completely encased whatever you painted with a completely waterproof silicone membrane. It completely stopped my leak and I can see water beading up and running off the cap now.

Well I put one coat down and it stopped the leak, it rained real good and no leaks. It holds well and goes on real smooth. Excellent product. Does what it says, did not use primer or the denatured alcohol just brushed and swept the surface and it adheres very good.

Had a persistent water leak through my concrete chimney cap with no obvious cracks. After trying a different sealer, I decided to go with this. It's all silicone and I figured if it can stand up to waterproofing an entire flat roof, it could cover my chimney cap. I put it on with a brush and it starts out as a very thick liquid so you have to be careful of drips if you have any vertical surfaces. Went on easily, is nice and thick, and once it sets you've basically completely encased whatever you painted with a completely waterproof silicone membrane. It completely stopped my leak and I can see water beading up and running off the cap now.

This is amazing!! I used it on a portion of the roof that was a built on and didn’t have the metal roofing, it worked wonderful. It stopped a leak and completely sealed the entire area. It’s fairly easy to work with if you have the recommended tools.
