A: Has a high power level, it brightens up the flavors of all vegetables.

**Q: Unfortunately the label is misleading.  it has msg like ingredients. disodium inosinate and sodium guanylate. find more info online?**
A: While it may not have specifically MSG/eNumber 621, and possibly not even eNumbers 620-625, it does contain eNumber 627 - Disodium guanylate, sodium guanylate... which IS an "MSG BOOSTER".  Therefore, it is likely that "some other ingredient (eg soy protein) was in a form upon which the boosters could act."Furthermore, eNumber 627 - Disodium guanylate, sodium guanylate is listed on the FedUp list of chemicals to AVOID because they cause reaction in MANY people.Check http://fedup.com.au/images/stories/129MSGlist.pdf as well as other info from http://fedup.com.au/ regarding food sensitivities.

**Q: Would anyone qualify this as the prince of all seasonings?**
A: That seems a bit over the top but it is a very useful seasoning.

A: This is a seasoning. Not sure how it would "burn up" Napa cabbage. I've used it with bok choy and green cabbage before, among other things.
