Review: Exactly what I needed at an amazing price - I’ve been really happy with this kitchen scale. It’s compact enough that it doesn’t take up much counter space, but the 11 lb capacity is more than enough for everything I’ve needed to weigh. The display is easy to read, and switching between grams and ounces is quick and simple. The measurements seem very accurate and consistent, which makes portioning ingredients and keeping track of amounts much easier. I also really like that the surface is easy to wipe clean after using it. It’s straightforward to use without a bunch of unnecessary features or a complicated setup. Just turn it on, place what you’re weighing on it, and you’re good to go. For the price, this is a great little scale and has been a very useful addition to my kitchen. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something affordable, accurate, and easy to use.
Review: Great Daily Scale for Meal Prep, but Short Auto-Off and Native App Sync Can Be Tricky - I use a kitchen scale every day to weigh out food and prep meals, and overall this scale gets the job done very well. It gives quick, accurate weight readings, and the sleek stainless steel surface is super easy to wipe clean after prepping raw meat or veggies. The Good:Accurate & Responsive: Tare function and unit switching (grams, ounces, etc.) work smoothly without lag. Easy Maintenance: The smooth stainless steel build wipes off instantly, which is ideal if you’re measuring sticky or messy ingredients during cooking.Solid Hardware: Compact footprint that fits neatly on the counter or in a cabinet drawer without taking up much space. Things to Keep in Mind:Quick Auto-Shutoff: The screen turns off/times out a bit too quickly on default settings. If you get distracted grabbing ingredients out of the fridge or seasoning mid-prep, you might catch the screen shutting off right as you're trying to read your weight.App Integration: While the scale pairs via Bluetooth with its companion app (VeSync) to calculate macros and nutrition data, the app experience can feel a bit clunky compared to dedicated tracking apps like MyFitnessPal. If you already have a set macro-tracking routine, you’ll likely find it easier to just use the scale display and type numbers directly into your preferred app. Pro Tip: If the quick display shutoff bothers you, check the companion app settings—you can actually extend the screen backlight/auto-off timer duration directly through the app settings to give yourself more time while prepping.Verdict:A reliable, high-value digital scale for everyday portioning and meal prep. Just adjust the auto-off timer if you need more time between weighs!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Batteries included, slim, low profile, grams/ ounces. Nice, easy to read.
*by M***I on August 13, 2026*

So this was smaller than my previous Basics kitchen food scale, but I believe it is lower profile and easier to store in a drawer. It weighs food by digital grams and ounces… as versatile as anyone would need to weigh food I guess.. The tare function is useful in cancelling the weight of the bowl or plate you are using to hold the food you are weighing, so you don’t have to factor in the total weight of whatever you need portioned. The numbers are somewhat easier to see than other scales IMHO, or at least the digital scales I used to own anyway. The quality feels higher as well. One note is that the two AAA batteries came already installed, and the best part was that it was separated by a plastic tab that you pull out. How is that for connectivity? What a great idea!
