Review: We made some candles with my daughter this summer and we did it 2lbs at a time in a double boiler, which means it took FOREVER as we could only pour 4 candles at a time before melting more wax. We decided we needed to get some time back by a small investment with a wax melter. Now we can melt 12 pounds of wax at once and then pour from spigot into metal jug to add fragrance. With the same size vessels we were using before, we can now pour 48 candles!! It was a no-brainer to pick up and save a bunch of time for a small investment. Wax melter works great, easy to use and is a perfect size for hobby/small biz to make a batch of candles. Big enough for decent batches, yet small enough that we can easily store away when not in use. I would totally buy this again.

**Q: Can you leave wax in it reheat and use at a later time?**
A: I have left wax in my melter and reheated at a later time and haven’t had a problem.

**Q: could this be used to warm and bottle honey?**
A: I use it for wax melting which is pretty thick. Hope that was helpful.

**Q: I'm using this wax melting furnace. why does my wax turn brownish/yellowish overtime? is it scorched?**
A: Holding the melted wax at a very high temperature over a long period of time could potentially result in some scorching and then some discoloration. We'd suggest heating the wax according to the wax manufacturer's recommendation as different waxes can react to heat in different ways.

**Q: Soy wax is fully melted and nothing is coming out of spout… am I doing something wrong?**
A: Let it stay longer or use a heat gun towards the back of the spout and go around it.  Some wax got stuck in the spout and didn't melt yet.
