The projects are cute (I tend to go off script a bit, but I'm happy with what I made). I also wish they included some liquid glue you could inject into the felt to glue the whiskers in. The eyes could use some glue too if you actually want to play with them, but any would probably do as the eye would cover the glue drop. The whiskers wouldn't and they slide in and out very easily with basic handling, so I'm not sure if they're worth putting in until I find a solution. Still, a super fun kit. Would make a great gift. I love that they include finger protectors. Good amount of wool and projects for the price. Directions are simple to understand and you have the liberty to create and make look like your pet. I really like the felt pillow in this kit. I was able to create the small details and legs or ears on this pad in order to attach them to the pet body. Comes with plenty of needles and two wooden holders to help with holding. Good variety of colors. Each wool color comes in a small zip top bag for storage. Enough materials for a group of 6 ladies who have never felted to make animal-inspired pieces. Level of experience helps but beginners are able to create. In our group 3 have never felted and not artistic but enjoyed creating, while the other 3 ladies have felted experience and craftsmanship was seen individually in the group shot. We all created based off of photos of our pets. Still lots of materials left and looking forward to making more. Excellent kit for a beginner and a group activity. The heads only took 1.5 hours and the full body animals took about 3 hours to complete.
