Benefits of these glasses: - orange/ yellow slight tiny of lenses counteract the blue light from screens. - comfy, all day wear - durable plastic, plastic lenses - great reflective lenses and tone of lenses - makes screen more clear / increase visibility precision - words aren't as fuzzy from the glare Cons: if you're like me and need corrective lenses, you'll have to wear contacts UNLESS you have small/thin frames. I'll post a pic of my regular black prescription glasses, if your glasses are that size or larger, you can't put both pair on at the same time.
