A: ID=1/4"   OD=1/2"

**Q: Description states “high temp and heat resistant” I’m looking for some that can handle the heat from a bbq smoker. 300*-600***
A: The ceramic balls and races would be fine, but the cage is plastic, likely PEEK (a high-temperature plastic). PEEK starts to get soft around 290°F and melts at about 650°F. You're probably better of using an all-metal stainless steel bearing.
