It worked well until he would go full throttle, then the BMS in the batteries would shut the battery down completely. The BMS was only rated for 10 amps so I assumed I needed a beefier BMS. These BMS’s are rated for 30 amps but they do take up more room so I had to attach them to the top of the battery case. The hardest part was taking the battery apart since it was glued into the case. I had to cut open the case and then glue it back together when I was done. The new BMS is well made and comes with good instructions. The modified batteries work perfectly now and don’t cut out at all. Great upgrade over the original lead acid batteries. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Used on Esk8 *by H***Y on Reviewed in the United States on September 7, 2023* Used it to replace evolve carbon BMS when I switched out the motor controller for a VESC, I have only discharged so far have not charged but everything seems fine. Through the old BMS I was only getting 36 volts but when I tested each of the cells were at 4.2 volts once I hooked this BMS up I got 42 volts on the other side of the BMS I don't know if that's just because of the way the evolve bms is set up to be only compatible with their system and cut off at 32 volts but it does seem more efficient. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Seller was great *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on August 29, 2023* Seller was great.. Had the tracking information so I could follow the shipping from Chain and then through the states.. Works as it should charged no issues.. At first I was kind of panicked that it was showing B- 12v after I set everything up...?.... But once I hooked up the charger it showed the right voltage.. Charged and all was good.. So I ordered 1 more..
