They were shipped in bubble wrap but these cookies were lightly wrapped in flimsy paper. The tin box was bent, and most of the cookies were broken or crumbling. Use caution. *by I***F on January 2, 2025* While there are plenty of crumbs and broken cookies inside the tin I received, the top and 2nd layer appear intact enough to consider it an acceptable arrival. I will admit that other reviewers are correct that a tiny bit more packaging could likely help reduce breakage ... some. These cookies are extremely delicate, and designed to be nearly melt in your mouth so some breakage is expected. I'm sure the shipping method (including length and route) strongly influences how many get broken. Overall the flavor is great ... much like a waffle cone.
