Good buy Review: Exactly what I have been looking for - I've had some "TAG" brand Indian cotton kitten towels for about 15 years (if not longer), that I love and have held up very well through the decades, even with daily use and frequent washings. I've never replaced them because I haven't been able to find similar towels of similar thickness that don't wrinkle when washed. UNTIL NOW. I didn't have high hopes because every other cotton towel I've tried has always been too think (like terry cloth), or a wrinkle magnet - especially the edges along the seams have always created and I just cannot stand that. So in my quest to find Indian cotton (does it really make a difference? I guess maybe it does?), I found these. Skeptical, I gave it a shot. I just washed them in hot water and then threw them in the dryer on regular heat and because I got sucked into doomscrolling, they sat in the dryer for about 30 minutes or so after the dryer stopped. Expecting tons of wrinkles, I was pleasantly surprised that they're all totally flat (see photo)! The edges and corners aren't curled! There is some soft "rippled" texture to be expected with cotton that isn't ironed, but my other towels do that as well so I'm not bothered by it (again, see photo). I forgot to measure the size of the towels before washing, but after washing they're 18x26, not the 18x28 as advertised, so I don't know if they shrank or if they are advertised incorrectly, but they're nice and large so I'm happy either way. I only wish they came in more colors (bold plaids like my vintage TAG towels, not mostly white). Oh, and others have said they're too thin, which they are, but again, they're exactly what I wanted. These are more for drying hands not using to absorb a lot of liquid (like using for drying dishes).... I don't like thick, terry towels for hands so these are prefect and exactly the same thickness of the TAG towels I've had for many years. Will be ordering more! ## Features - PURE COTTON COMFORT: Made from 100% cotton, the cotton dish towels offer a soft, breathable feel with a textured woven construction. The comfortable fabric is pleasant to handle during daily routines, while the natural cotton material makes these towels a practical choice for customers looking for tea towels for kitchen use. - PERFECT SIZE, RIGHT PACK | 6 Pack | 18 × 28 inches each: Each towel offers practical coverage for everyday kitchen tasks while remaining easy to fold and store. The 6-pack provides multiple pieces for convenient rotation between uses and washes. - ABSORBENT & QUICK DRYING: The absorbent construction makes dish towels useful for drying washed dishes, utensils, cookware, and glassware. Designed for regular kitchen routines, dish towels for drying dishes help manage moisture efficiently, while the quick-drying fabric helps prepare towels for their next use. - DURABLE & KITCHEN USE: Tightly woven for dependable repeated use, hand towels for kitchen routines are convenient for drying hands after cooking or washing. The durable tea towels are useful for wiping spills, countertops, appliances, and other surfaces during everyday kitchen cleanup. - REUSABLE & EASY CARE: Suitable for repeated cleaning, dish cloths for washing dishes can be washed and reused instead of discarded after one task. Machine wash before first use and after use, avoid fabric softener, tumble dry on low heat, and store the dish cloths only when completely dry. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09SKPYYMD | | Age Range Description | Suitable for All Ages | | Best Sellers Rank | #318 in Kitchen & Dining ( See Top 100 in Kitchen & Dining ) #3 in Dish Cloths & Dish Towels | | Brand | LANE LINEN | | Brand Name | LANE LINEN | | Color | 05: Indigo | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 11,521 Reviews | | Fabric Type | 100% Cotton | | Included Components | Kitchen Towels and Dishcloths Set | | Item Dimensions L x W | 28"L x 18"W | | Item Highlight | Soft, Multitextured, Tightly Woven Tea Towels Kitchen, Paper Towel Replacement, Great for Wiping Counters & Drying Dishes | | Item Type Name | Kitchen Towels and Dishcloths Set | | Manufacturer | Homespun | | Manufacturer Part Number | MLTIWEAVEKT6PC-IND | | Material | Cotton | | Material Type | Cotton | | Model Name | Multiweave Kitchen Towel | | Model Number | MLTIWEAVEKT | | Number of Items | 6 | | Number of Packs | 6 | | Occasion | Christmas, Thanksgiving | | Occasion Type | Christmas, Housewarming, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Wedding | | Other Special Features of the Product | Lint Free, Machine Washable, Quick Dry, Super Absorbent, Super Soft | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Avoid fabric softener to maintain natural absorbency., Store towels only when completely dry to keep them fresh., Tumble dry on low heat to maintain softness and shape., Use a gentle wash cycle to help maintain the cotton fibers and towel quality., Wash before first use and after use to keep towels fresh. | | Product Dimensions | 28"L x 18"W | | Product Style | Modern | | Set Name | 6 Piece Kitchen Towel Set | | Shape | Rectangular | | Size | 18"x28" - 6 Pack | | Target Audience | Boys, Girls, Men, Women | | Theme | Absorbent Cotton, Everyday Utility, Gift Ready, Premium Value, Pure Cotton | | Towel Form Type | Kitchen Cloth | | Towel form type | Kitchen Cloth | | UPC | 810083906072 | | Unit Count | 6 Count | | Weave Type | Multiweave | ## Product Details - **Brand:** LANE LINEN - **Color:** 05: Indigo - **Material:** Cotton - **Product Dimensions:** 28"L x 18"W - **Towel form type:** Kitchen Cloth ## Images ![Lane Linen Cotton Kitchen Towels Durable & Lint-Free 6 Pack - Indigo - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91cq-mXUhoL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality towels and nice large size with hanging loop *by M***L on July 15, 2026* Love these towels. I wanted to throw all of the old ones away and start fresh and this was the perfect set for that. I did not remember reading in the description that there was a loop for hanging on a hook, which is very convenient. They aren’t too thick either, I’ll try to remember to report back on the absorbency. I’d purchase these towels again. Great color also. ## Frequently Bought Together - LANE LINEN Cotton Kitchen Towels Set, 6-Pack – Absorbent, Quick-Drying Dish Towels, 18" x 28", Soft, Premium Hand and Tea Towels - Indigo - KitchenAid KE199OHOBA Classic Multifunction Can Opener, One Size, Black 2 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/446811978-lane-linen-cotton-kitchen-towels-durable-and-lint-free-6](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/446811978-lane-linen-cotton-kitchen-towels-durable-and-lint-free-6) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
