## Description

Product Description Tip extensions save time and reduce fatigue when spraying high, low or recessed areas. They extend your range and you spray more efficiently without ladders or scaffolding. Review: Excellent Extension Wand - Well-built, lightweight, and made painting high areas much easier. Highly recommended.
Review: Perfect For Areas You Can't Reach By Hand But Don't Quite Require A Full Ladder - Let's face it, you are using a spray gun because you are trying to save as much time as possible. This very durable and well made extension enables you to spray paint areas that are hard to reach with relative ease. It is well made, cost-effective (especially if you do this for a living), and it will save you time. This is best used for larger "broad" areas that do not require as much "wrist" finesse. I have a 12' x 20' shed that is just over 9' tall at its peak. The extension allowed me to apply an even coat of paint all the way to the top without overspray or drip. I did not need to waste time hauling the ladder to the job site and stabilizing it on uneven ground. I painted the entire shed in about 30 minutes with a 6-8" spray pattern. This is impressive given the fact that the exterior was very "thirsty" and it was my first time using a sprayer... never mind using a sprayer with an extension. It is perfect for painting underneath deck floors that are well off the ground but still fairly reachable. First floor gutters can be painted as long as you choose an angle appropriate for your height. Even if you still need a ladder to get to the highest portions of your job, the extension will still enable you to spend LESS time on a ladder. This not only represents a time savings (because you don't have to move the ladder around) but also less time spent standing on a DANGEROUS ladder. It will save you time, save your back, and maybe save your life! P.S. The extension comes with a spray tip holder but not the spray tip itself.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this guard work word fflp (fine finish low pressure) graco tips?**
A: The 243040 can work with the FFLPxxx tip sysyem but in order to do so it would be necessary to swap out the orange RAC IV guard for the blue RAC X guard (graco part number 246215) in order to house the FFLPxxx tip. Hopefully that answers your question.

Thank You For Contacting Graco

**Q: Will it fit graco rentalpro 210?**
A: only if that has a RAC IV tip to begin with.

**Q: Will this fit graco x7?**
A: Yes, thanks

**Q: Does this extension work with the Wagner Pro 170/190 or the Titan paint sprayers?**
A: I believe these will work with those units. Since we don't make those machines, I'm not sure what the thread size and pitch is. This is going to have a 7/8 x 14UNF female fitting. As long as the threads match this, you would be able to use it with those units.

Thank you, Graco Technical Assistance
