I have been making Italian sausage for decades and finally tried the small ones and glad I did. Getting ready to order more so I can make another batch.
Review: Worked well in the past but this lot seems to be damaged goods - We have bought this item many times before with no issue however this time the casing came already with holes and disintegrating after soaking even before attempting to feed the sausage machine with them. We looked for an expiry date on the package but there were none?!?! We had bought the meat and prepared our spice mix but got disappointed that we could not make the sausages. We are requesting to replace it with a new lot and expedite the delivery so the meat doesn’t go bad
