### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hilft unserem alten, nierenkranken Kater sehr

Ich habe Porus One für unseren 17,5 Jahre alten Kater mit Nierenproblemen (zwischen Stadium 1 und 2) besorgt. Es wirkt sehr gut bei ihm, er bekommt es abends unter sein Feuchtfutter gemischt (so, dass er die schwarze Konsistenz nicht sieht) und frisst es über Nacht auf. Er ist viel besser drauf, läuft wieder besser gelaunt herum, auch das Fressverhalten ist besser, und das nach drei Tagen. An dieser Stelle möchte ich allen Betroffenen, die eine CNE-Katze/Kater haben, generell Mut machen: Gebt nicht auf, bleibt am Ball. Unser Kater hat keine Zähne mehr (FORL), Arthrose und FIP. Mitte Dezember 2025 wurden dann on top noch die Nierenprobleme festgestellt. Nach drei stressigen Wochen (ich habe viel nierenschonendes Futter bestellt und wieder weggeworfen bzw. es verschenkt, war mehrfach beim Tierarzt etc.) habe ich jetzt für den Kater eine gute Lösung gefunden. Den Tieren ist einfach speiübel durch die Giftstoffe im Körper, deshalb fressen sie nicht oder ungern. Ich war oft echt verzweifelt, weil er einfach nicht fressen wollte und immer wieder vor seinem Napf abgedreht ist. Ich musste mich zusammenreißen, nicht mit ihm zu schimpfen, eigentlich habe ich mich einfach nur hilflos gefühlt. Ein großer Esser war er eh nie. Reconvales zur Steigerung des Appetits hat bei ihm gar nicht funktioniert, mochte er überhaupt nicht (Nachtrag Jan. 26: Einem Rat folgend habe ich dem Kater jetzt Reconvales mit einer kleinen Spritze ohne Nadel natürlich (Durchmesser der Spritze wenige Millimeter zw. 3-4 Milliliter aufgezogen und 2 x am Tag vorsichtig ins Maul gespritzt, damit er sich an den Geschmack gewöhnt, er lässt es sich mit leichtem Widerstand gefallen. Was soll ich sagen? Appetit ist viel besser als vorher, versucht es mal, ich bin ganz glücklich darüber). Bei vielen anderen Katzen hilft es. Bei uns funktioniert keins der teuren Spezialfutter, sondern das nierenschonende Nassfutter von Edeka und ein nierenschonendes Nassfutter von Tierarzt 24 (Renal, kleine, runde Aludose). Trockenfutter von Royal Canin Renal Spezial frisst er auch zwischendurch, nur kleine Portionen. Mit den drei Sachen kommen wir aktuell gut zurecht. Plus viel Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit, das kommt in dem ganzen Stress oft zu kurz. Medikamente (bei uns gab es eine Prise Sukrabest als Granulat gegen die Übelkeit und das Übergeben morgens und abends, 2. Std. vor der Gabe von Porus One) habe ich mit der nierenschonenden Spezialcreme von Kattovit gegeben (das sind so längliche Sticks), die frisst er wirklich immer. Sucrabest konnte ich nach ein paar Tagen wieder absetzen, weil Porus One offenbar die Übelkeit behoben hat, bis jetzt kein Übergeben mehr. Porus One könnt Ihr übrigens auch in kleinen Portionen über den Tag geben, Hauptsache ist, dass Ihr es regelmäßig macht über 24 Std. ein Tütchen. Manche Halter geben auch weniger, probiert es aus. Und wenn Euer Tier gar nichts Nierenschonendes fressen will, versucht normales Futter (mit Porus One in Kombi mit einem Phosphatbinder (wenn notwendig), achtet auf die 2 Std. siehe oben), das ist besser als wenn es verhungert. Sprecht auf jeden Fall immer mit Eurem Tierarzt/Eurer Tierärztin darüber. Jedes Tier ist anders, und man muss echt herumprobieren. Aber es lohnt sich. Möglicherweise helfen Euch meine Erfahrungen ja weiter. Alles Gute für Euch und Eure Katze, Euren Kater ❤️.
