Review: Great little clock - This little clock is great. It sits nice and sturdy, and has the temperature and date/day of week. The backlight is great for checking the time when dark- not too bright, not too dim, goes out in a few seconds on its own. It even has a mirror in the base! Folds up like a compact. Perfect for travel. It was easy to set and can do both 12/24 hour format. There is a battery installed with a pull tab and a spare battery in a blister pack, so you'll be good for a long time. It's a common size battery, too, so getting more will be easy. The only thing this clock doesn't have is a humidity reading, which I don't even miss much. It comes in a box with the instructions and that's where I keep the extra battery. It came safely and quickly. Great clock for the money, I recommend it.

**Q: How loud is the travel alarm clock?**
A: This clock is relatively thin and runs on button batteries. The current volume is the maximum it can reach, about 75dB. There's a hole on the back of the clock for sound output. Please make sure it's not blocked.

**Q: Can the backlight be always on?**
A: No, this clock has a 10 - second backlight. Press and release the orange "SNOOZE" button when you need it. The backlight will turn on and stay lit for 10 seconds, then turn off automatically to save battery.

**Q: Why doesn't the alarm go off?**
A: It might be due to Weekend Mode. If the alarm doesn't sound, check two things: ensure it's on (an icon will show), and see if Weekend Mode is enabled. If it is, the alarm only rings on weekdays.

**Q: What should I do if the week on the clock is incorrect?**
A: You just need to long press and hold the first alarm button to start seeing the screen numbers flashing, and you can change the year at this time (this year is 2025).

Very nice replacement for an old Radio Shack clock I had for years.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good travel alarm

One feature that stands out for me is the temperature readout. Motel rooms are usually difficult to regulate temperature because every unit is different. This gives me a consistent reference point which is very helpful. The display backlight is not on constantly, and is activated by pushing a button on the face of the clock. The display is large enough that I can make out the numbers without my glasses. The only small complaint is that the alarm is pretty loud and jarring. Which is kind of what an alarm is all about. I prefer an alarm that starts out softer and builds up.
