The interface is intuitive and easy to use. It gives a warning if the connection is lost which I like, and it appears accurate. I purchased it because of the 6 probes so I can cook multiple items at one time. In fact I am surprised that more instant thermometers don't have multiple probes as it seems like such a good thing to have. I would gladly buy this item again and recommend it.I would, however, give it 4 1/2 stars and not 5 if I could. The first reason is because the distance your phone can be from the unit is not that far. In my house I took it about 35 feet and through a couple of walls when I lost connection. I believe that is in their specs. While It's ok it could be better, imo.Second, the graph that allows you to track the cooking of your food is great!! It shows what time and temp you started at and graphs it to the current time and temp. So why the complaint? Because it would be absolutely fantastic if it would then project the finished time! Or, at least allow me to zoom in so I could estimate it. As it is it gives a distant view and doesn't allow you to see close in so that you could estimate how much longer. Isn't one of the key questions when you are cooking 'how much longer'? It's a shame they don't expand this feature a bit more to do that.Other than those 2 issues I really like it and encourage others to seriously consider it.EDIT- IMPORTANT! I have had this product for 5 months. Recently all the probes were non-responsive when I stuck them in my meat. I did research on the web and found that moisture, from cleaning the probes, will sometimes interfere with it reading the temperature. The easy solution to this is to put the probes in a 300 degree oven for 30 minutes so the moisture evaporates. I did it and it worked like a charm. So consider this an FYI in case your probes do the same thing. My understanding is that this happens to all probes, not just MorPilot. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a lovely thermometer *by F***A on Reviewed in the United States on September 15, 2017* This thermometer, besides being a gadget-loving cook's dream, is so simple to set up and use. Settings for each probe are set up via the free app on my smart phone, with so many options! For each of the 6 probes, I can choose a different pre-set profile (i.e., beef -rare, medium, well done- chicken, pork, etc) or I can set my own: temperature max or range hi-low. My phone tells me if/when I'm out of range, but continues collecting temperature data which I can access when I return into range.I only have a slight issue, and it's strictly cosmetic, so probably just an issue for me. I use my probes with my Pit Barrel Cooker, and it is notably smoky in there. The smoke has discolored the pretty silicone markers, and since they are not dishwasher safe, I have yet to find a method to remove the smoke. I've wiped and spot cleaned, but they're now black and not able to tell which probe is which of the three I've used. I think I'll save the remaining 3 for grill cooking, but these are just going to be permanently ugly. That said, they work perfectly, and even if they didn't, they say they have a lifetime replacement policy, so I can have them replaced. It's all good.After all is said and (well)done, I love, love, love this thermometer. It's worth the investment, and I'd buy it again without hesitation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Four Star for Value *by B***7 on Reviewed in the United States on November 25, 2017* I bought this just in time for tracking progress of a turkey, a turkey breast, and a ham for Thanksgiving. It really did do quite well. There isn't another device out there that I have found, which will measure 6 temperatures for this price range. It does make it a great value. And this is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 3. But it does have it's limitations.First, the response time of the probes is VERY slow! I've never seen a meat temperature probe that responds so slow. I would not recommend this for instant checks. But it is great for putting in a roast, turkey or such, and leaving it to monitor progress.Second, the software is good, but very slow to notify of a lost connection. Again, it is nice for the money. It has the minimum that would be expected. You can set food type for each probe, and make custom temperature ranges. If one probe reaches temperature, there is no way to silence notification while waiting on another piece of meat to reach temperature. The notification will keep nagging you.Would I recommend it? Yes. It is a great value for the money. But don't expect it to be comparable to the more expensive digital thermometers that are popular with outdoor grilling and smoking.
