I also exercise before and after eating to ensure the lowest peak blood sugar level. That was two years ago and I am still free of my (male only) disease. On a significant negative side, the whites of my eyes began turning yellow one day - which I interpreted as liver stress/failure. The main diff is that the COSTCO version contains 24.5mg caffeine per cap.Also, I don't want to freak anyone out that may be taking another good EGCg supplement; so here were the other brands that WERE quality tested: Andrew Lessmans, Gaia, Healthy Origins Teavigo, Life Extension, Nature'sBounty, New Chapter, Solgar, Swanson, Puritan Pride, Vitamin World.
