**Q: I noticed that the price is $6.66/ ounce.  Should i be concerned about eating the remains of ritual sacrifice?**
A: Lol, that’s a new one, and hilarious!
The truth is it takes 3-4times the weight of the protein in order to make these nutrient dense gems.  It is not easy either. Give us a try and you will see why we are worth it :)

**Q: Is this product undefatted?**
A: This is what they look like. I'm not sure if they're undefatted. I recommend eating them with something else - unless you like the taste of crunchy beef liver.

**Q: Are these gras-fed and finished?**
A: Hello Zachary,

The ranch we get our cattle from is Santa Carota. They are grass fed and finished, no antibiotics ever and under 30 months of age at harvest. Born, raised and harvested in the USA.
