I kinda need to get it soldered to fix it. The great thing is Its flexibility. I have used it with my laptop, android phone and it also works with steam deck. Definitely buy the dongle. Since it is based on playstation 4 DS4 controller, so like the original PS4-5 controller you will require DS4 Windows app to make it work (For bluetooth and wired connection. Don't need it for dongle connection). Also in the end you will also require another software called HidHid (DS4Windows software creates a virtual controller so in some games it will add two players for each PS controller. So HidHid app disables one of them. So using a dongle will also mitigate that.) other caveats. 1. Play station uses Xinput whereas Xbox uses Dinput. So in games like FIFA i get vibration in only using Dinput. (This is when i am using the dongle).
