The 5 quart jug is somewhat shy of the 6 quarts required so make sure you pair this with another quart (or two). Great quality and my Subaru runs great with it. It is exactly compatible with the Subaru brand fluid. Make sure you get a pump to pump the fluid out of the jug into the fill hole of the transmission. That is a must because of space restrictions. It made changing the fluid so easy. Review: Great for my Subaru Forester - Bought this for cvt fluid drain and refill for my 2018 Forester, with 165,000 miles and its working great. This was my first cvt fluid service, so I did a double drain and fill, drinking around for about 30 min in between the two. Although my car wasn't having any issues I felt it was time to rejuvenate the cvt fluid to maintain performance. The car seems to be more responsive when starting from a stop and accelerating in general, so maybe it was overdue for the fluid replacement. ## Features - [Fine Tune Your Vehicle]: Automatic and manual transmission fluid provides hydraulic pressure, lubrication, and friction to your vehicle’s engine; Use the Idemitsu CVT Type SB2 CVT Transmission Fluids 5 Quart Bottle to top off your vehicle and keep you on the road longer - [Smoother Shifting]: Continuously variable transmission oil will help your gears shift properly to prevent hard or jerky shifting; Designed with frictional properties for superior performance and high torque - [Extend Engine Life]: Precisely engineered transmission CVT fluid resists buildup; Anti-wear technology protects your belts, gears, and pullies, while high viscosity properties withstand intense temperatures - [For Your Vehicle]: SB2 CVT fluid is compatible with Subaru TR580 transmissions; Refer to owner manual specifics to ensure compatibility; CVT transmission oil is crafted to meet Type CVTF-II specifications - [Contents]: Vehicle lubricant package includes 1 bottle of Idemitsu SB2 CVT oil transmission fluid; 1 bottle of 5 quart (4.7L) CVT trans fluid makes refilling your vehicle more convenient ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B0B35LX5MR | | Best Sellers Rank | #8,436 in Automotive (See Top 100 in Automotive) #31 in Transmission Fluids | | Brand | Idemitsu | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars (292) 4.8 out of 5 stars | | Date First Available | June 4, 2022 | | Item Model Number | 30041113-95300C020 | | Item Weight | 9.22 pounds | | Manufacturer | Idemitsu | | Manufacturer Part Number | 30041113-95300C020 | | Model | Idemitsu CVTF Type SB2 | | Product Dimensions | 5 x 12 x 8 inches | | Viscosity | 30.9 centistokes | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Idemitsu - **Package Information:** Bottle - **Liquid Volume:** 5 Quarts - **Item Weight:** 9.26 Pounds - **Viscosity:** 30.9 cs ## Images ![CVT Type SB2 Transmission Fluid for Subaru – 5 Qt - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71epvqZbgyL.jpg) ![CVT Type SB2 Transmission Fluid for Subaru – 5 Qt - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71HU6m0ciXL.jpg) ![CVT Type SB2 Transmission Fluid for Subaru – 5 Qt - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/8140OtKuYEL.jpg) ![CVT Type SB2 Transmission Fluid for Subaru – 5 Qt - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71+oC46HBxL.jpg) ![CVT Type SB2 Transmission Fluid for Subaru – 5 Qt - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81EAbVxflJL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this the right CVT fluid for the new 2024 Subaru Impreza with 2.0 L engine?
