Review: The vanilla is good, unflavored is okay - I've purchased both the unflavored and the vanilla. Both are good in terms of how they blend, this protein powder is very smooth and blends well. Neither have a gritty or chalky taste. The unflavored - not only is it unflavored but it will suck the flavor out of anything you put it in. This was my first time using an unflavored protein powder so maybe this is normal. I found myself having to add ingredients to smoothies to bring the flavor back which kind of defeats the purpose. I'm sure it has its uses, but I went with the vanilla for my next order. The vanilla - very good. I've had it mixed with smoothies and just in a shaker with almond milk on its own. The taste is fine, reminds me of sugar free vanilla pudding. You get a decent amount of protein for the calories, which is hard to do with plant proteins. All in all I recommend this brand, just be mindful of the unflavored.
Review: Quality protein supplement - Great product that a nutritionist recommended for me. It’s easily digestible, has a neutral taste (which I prefer), and provides the extra protein boost that I need as a senior on a mostly vegetarian diet. I mix a half scoop with my oatmeal in the morning and full scoop to my low cal smoothie in the afternoon. Will purchase again.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tastes great!
*by M***S on June 1, 2026*

Definitely tastes chalky. But I don't mind because it's the only protein powder I can drink. I hate the taste of others. This is the only one I can mix in water and drink without feeling forced to do it. Mixes well with other powdered drinks. I would not recommend adding to a milkshake or smoothie. I did that, and it did not taste good. It overpowered other flavors and did not mix well. Seems to do well with mixing in water. I eat less during my meals if I have this drink before. it is really filling.
