Each bottle contains 180 capsules which is a 60 day supply. Each day you get 915mg of EPA and 630mg of DHA which is more than most supplements. The capsules are tasteless and don't upset my stomach; followers of the "Zone" anti-inflammation protocol may particularly want to try this product. Since beginning a regimen with fish oil and turmeric curcumin I have noticed fewer health issues, and certainly less joint pain.
