They could have easily replaced the damaged product with Amazon service.The product:- Sturdy powder coat finish to resist corrosion- Bi-directional swivel door, left or right handed- 2 Punch holes for cabling or pipes- 1 Fan bracket (no fan included)- 1/4" Tempered GlassDuring my installation I dropped a 5 pound drill on the door and it didn't get damaged, very solid build.Make sure to tighten all the screws and bolts as it did arrive loose. Looks nowhere close to as nice as on the webpage. I loved the Amazon posted picture for the full length glass and vented bevel, neither of which came to my door.Besides the differences, one picture shows a dent that came free of charge.In addition, the door keys came locked inside the cabinet. Which I suppose could be as depicted in the Amazon picture!Amazon arranged for it to be returned and said just order it again. This makes zero sense to me. One of the attached pictures shows the CNA part number and the picture at CNA Web associated with that part number is the same as on Amazon. CNA doesn't sell any other comparable product. So it can't be a boxing mistake. Which was explained to the support person, who was very nice and provided a good overall experience with support, but was unable to explain how reordering would help.I suppose wiring and component installer charges are on me for not opening the box first. But what do I do with accessories I ordered for the 6" deep rack mount enclosure? In my case, 2 shelves and a wiring bar (all of which are better than expected btw). There is nothing wrong with them. I am not rack mounting hardware, I purchased the enclosure to consolidate UPS, ubiquiti components, Ooma, fiber and coax connections, and associated hardware behind a beautiful full length door glass. .
