After unsuccessfully contacting them, desertcart kindly sorted a replacement (unfortunately I missed the return window so have paid for two). The second one I have used about a dozen times in fresh water for about 2 or 3 hours a trip and it is now squeaking again. I have looked after these reels and am very frustrated with how low quality they are for how expensive they are. I do not want to be buying products I have to go through the hassle in sending out and waiting for repairs (not to mention paying for it).
