Because I'm a huge fan of Tabac shave soap (original formula), I thought I'd give this a try. Now some people don't like Tabac's scent. I think the deodorant may be slightly different than the soap, which by the way, I think has a pleasant scent. The stick deodorant has a mild, subtle, masculine scent, in no way harsh or unpleasant. I like the twist feature to raise the stick, and I had no irritation whatsoever. It is very effective. I am switching to Tabac!

Well, I’m a realist and don’t give a damn if you don’t like how awesome I smell. This is a nicely packaged, concise, and is all business-like, how Tabac products usually are. There’s even a protective cap over the deodorant, likely to keep all that aromatic Tabac goodness intact throughout its long travels. It rolls on very easy and oh my, that Tabac aroma explodes. The Tabac scent is best represented in this form. Very manly tobacco florals and citrus sweetness creeps out when you start to work up a sweat. Lasts all day long. 24 hours later, showered, toweled dry. The Tabac is still there, subtle. No stickiness or itch or residue. Amazing stuff, highly recommended.

What can I say? This is well worth its premium price. It's an effective deodorant for men with a deliciously MANLY fragrance (Tabac). Seriously, this is my all time favorite fragrance that my husband's ever worn (I buy him the aftershave here, too Tabac Original By Maurer & Wirtz For Men. Aftershave 10.1 Oz. ); Tabac's an old-fashioned, delightfully masculine fragrance. It reminds me of a mahogany-shelved library filled with leather books. I don't know what's in it, but I'm not the only woman who nearly faints with delight when my husband walks by wearing this scent; it's really a pleasant fragrance that women love to smell on the men they love. Try it for yourself or for your loved one; I think you'll be favorably impressed!
