## Overview

The FINIS Ankle Buoy is a high-quality, lightweight EVA foam swim training aid designed for adults. By securing around the ankles, it immobilizes the legs to enhance upper body and core strength while promoting full-body rotation and optimal body alignment. Ideal for competitive swimmers aiming to improve technique and power, this buoy elevates swim training by keeping feet at the surface and eliminating inefficient uphill swimming.

## Description

Engage your core, build upper body strength, and improve your body position with the FINIS Ankle Buoy. The Ankle Buoy helps you realize full body rotation by connecting the shoulders, core, and hips all the way through the legs. Body alignment extends from fingertips to toes, so while traditional buoys are nice, placing a buoy at your ankles brings your feet to the surface of the water and eliminates uphill swimming.
