If you need this, you need this. It isn’t comfortable bc you are sitting on the back of your legs on this, not sitting on your bootie. Nothing is comfortable after this procedure but this is essential in your healing process. I tried to use just pillows, but that does not work. You really have to just buy this. Good luck!
