**Q: Received item today. How do you lock the headrest in place? When I put my head on the pillow it collapses.**
A: First, you need to open the handle, then grab two small black objects next to the face pillow, push up to adjust the height, and push forward and back to adjust the Angle. Once you have adjusted the height and Angle, lock the handle.

**Q: Can this be used with a regular bed, putting piles between box spring and mattress?**
A: This can be used on regular bed or sitting on a chair with a table in front.
